| I. Usage and Characteristics: |
| Adopting the advanced
working theory and structure of foreign driers, this machine is a
new type drying machine. Delicately designed, it is suitable for drying
of piece, case and grain materials of food, Chinese traditional medicine
drink, dehydrated vegetables, aquatic products, marine products, feedstuff,
chemicals, farm produce and by-products and environment protection. |

| II.Structure and working theory: |
The machine is consisted
of transportation device, shift gearing device, drying box, main frame
and electric control cupboard.
There are 5 groups
of stainless steel net straps that are running back and forth and
far infrared heating equipments in the drying box. The shell of the
drying box is comprised of metal components within that is made of
heat preservation material. The material that is being heated is transported
to the net strap at the top of the drying box through transportation
device and turned around rightabout up and down. The material falls
serially from upper layer to lower layer, and finally comes out from
the material discharging outlet of the 5th group of net strap. When
the heated material is in operation in the box, far infrared ray radiates
directly through net strap to the surface of material, making the
water content separate out from the surface of the material and vent
from the air outlet with the exchange of cold and hot airflow, thus
realizing the goal of drying. |
